Mum 60th

Been working non stop for a few weeks now but enjoying it. Like keeping busy.

Went out on Saturday for mums 60th at the Cartford Inn, me Clare Jo Chaz Dean Warren Michael Mum Dorren & Derek, great night lots of laughs, mum looked really nice and seemed to have a great night.

MUM & DAD TATTOO

Had Paul Naylor tattooing me yesterday at Twisted Ink in Salford. Not only a top bloke also fantastic 2 portraits that he tattooed on my left thigh. So pleased with them and can't wait to see them healed. 8 hour session is my biggest to date.

Was a tad emotional when saw them finished, roll on more portrait ink.

Feeling Low

With a few obvious things (grandma being ill & mum's neck still being uncertain) I'm feeling low at the moment, days after days I wake feeling fine but as the day continues I feel really low & don't wanna talk much & then either later on or the next waking day it's passes. Never really been like this as always really self motivated, hope it just passes & it's just a 'phase'.

Clare still continues on a daily basis effortlessly being amazing, loving, caring, my wonderful wife no matter how down I feel, she's just always totally selfless. She text me today not knowing I was down saying 'wish we could go Lodos tonight for tea' which I thought me too, little texts like that cheer me up &


make me smile & think how great she is.

2 Atherton Nights

Been at Atherton Fire Station 1st day on 07/02/13 then hot fire wear training at Leigh 2nd day on 08/02/13. On 9th and 10th was back at Atherton for nightshifts. On the 9th in the day helped Jo rebuild all her bedroom furniture at Rathmore then helped Chaz with bits of his.

Watched more Sons Of Anarchy with Clare today, mum popped round to borrow big level for hanging pictures.

Watched 'The Sweeney' was pretty good, 'Dredd' was awful and 'Bourne Legacy' was okay.

Lots on my mind at mo with house moving and life plans with Clare.

Training went well after work, Elliptical was 11,12,12,12,12,11,11,11,11,11,11,11.

Sunny Day

Beautiful cold/sunny day today, walked Rocky then painted the front of Ivy Ave with red masonry paint. Looks loads better. Cleaned the decking in back yard then stained Rockys crate bed with varnish, needs another coat but looks better.

Felt tired as went to gym but back session was okay, stair master was quite tough but managed it to a decent standard. Came home hoovered, mopped and walked Rocky again before chilling with Season 3 of Sons Of Anarchy.

Been feeling low for 3/4 days and not sure why, hopefully will just pass soon enough.
