BFC Match

Finished nightshift and went straight to gym did great shoulder session then found medium intensity interval cardio quite easy.
Afternoon Jose and I went Excelsior Pub and met John and Jane before BFC match vs Barnsley, enjoyed the game even though lost 1-2.








Shovels for dinner with full family which was okay but everyone seemed down, prob because grandma is ill and USA family flying home early in morning.
Chaz stayed over at our house.

    Joe loved the game... thank you for doing that for him.
    Yes Saturday was hard saying goodbye to Grandma knowing that I likely wont have the chance to spend time with her again. So very sad. Xxx
